The work
Consulting engagements across Ghana and Sub-Saharan Africa, from growth strategy and programme design through to the monitoring systems that show whether any of it landed.
About
Sena S. Djisah builds things. Programmes, mostly, and the systems that measure whether they worked.
For over a decade she has done this across Ghana and Sub-Saharan Africa: designing entrepreneurship programmes, running monitoring and evaluation for development projects, advising organisations on how to grow. More than twenty of them. More than eighty entrepreneurs trained and connected to funding. Portfolios up to $12 million.
She co-founded FLAXUR because the small businesses she kept meeting deserved better support than they were getting. As Teal Neurodivergent Polymath she writes about neurodivergence, language, and what it costs to be expansive in a world that keeps handing you a smaller container. Her first published book is on its way.
She speaks nine or more languages, and several more halfway.
